First time was honestly a mix of nerves and curiosity. The initial shock was real, but once my breathing settled, there was this unexpected calm that kicked in. I didn’t stay in long at all, maybe a minute or two, but the energy boost afterward was noticeable.
Recovery-wise, I felt looser later in the day, and sleep that night was deeper than usual. What helped most as a beginner was going in with zero pressure - I'm talking about short exposure, controlled breathing, and getting out while it still felt manageable.
